Elite Care is exclusive to Palo Alto Commons and offers the highest staff-to-resident ratio in our community. Residents live in a private garden apartment with the care and comfort of highly-trained staff right outside the door.
Elite Care provides one of the highest levels of care found in assisted living in the Bay Area. The program features a 1-to-4 staff-to-resident ratio. Residents can take full advantage of all the outstanding amenities, exceptional activities, and wonderful dining experience at Palo Alto Commons while enjoying security and extra attention when needed.
All assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and many specialized licensed nurse services are included in the monthly Elite Care fee. We develop a Personalized Care Plan, tailored toward each resident’s individual needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach to care. Instead, each resident receives care that is carefully designed for his/her needs.
In Elite Care, we have the capacity to use mechanical devices, such as the stand lift and the Hoyer lift, for assistance with transfers. Also, staff can provide full assistance with dining needs in the privacy of a resident’s apartment.
