We encourage open communication and recognize the importance of keeping families informed and an active part of their loved one’s care and life at Palo Alto Commons. We are very proud of our reputation as open and frequent communicators. For families, keeping well-informed in a resident’s care gives them the peace of mind that their loved one is receiving caring attention and outstanding care.
Palo Alto Commons welcomes families to communicate as much as they need. The licensed nurses and unit coordinators in each program inform families of any concerns as they arise. Also, our management staff is always just a phone call or email away. The managers are accessible and happy to meet with families and to address any concerns. We also conduct regular meetings with families to assess resident care.
At Palo Alto Commons, we deeply care about our residents and recognize the importance of family partnerships. We have earned a reputation as a friendly and personable residential community, and we are truly proud to provide such a loving and trusting sense of community and support system for our residents and for our families.
