Assisted Living
Features fine apartment living with an abundance of hotel-like amenities in a beautiful environment. Choose Independent Living, or Assisted Living, which offers six levels of personal care designed to meet each resident’s specific needs.
Elite Care
Palo Alto Commons Exclusive. Offers the opportunity to live in a private garden apartment with the care and comfort of highly-trained staff right outside the door. Elite Care includes our highest staff-to-resident ratio as well as many outstanding amenities.
Meadow Wing
Features a specialized and dignified program for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. Meadow Wing provides a full daily schedule of engaging and meaningful activities in a secure, friendly, and home-like environment.
Focused Care
Palo Alto Commons Exclusive. Provides focused care for residents who need extra assistance with their daily needs. Focused Care is a unique and flexible option for residents with a high level of care needs but varying social and dining needs.
